“Pros: For a rent stabilized price in the West Village, this is a solid option. Not a lot of noise for NYC, decent sized bathrooms, some units have dishwashers. Small bedrooms and units overall, but very doable with the layout and for the price in the WV. Cons: No elevator, and the in-building laundry doesn't really work well. There have been mice down there too... Advice to landlord: Address the issues in the laundry room for functional laundry and no mice.”

— 60 BEDFORD STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Building is pre war, some units are rent stabilized. Unit itself was stunning, lots of natural night. Neighbors are kind. A lot have lived there for a long time, very friendly. Not a lot of bugs/ rodents. Cons: Management of this building is next level awful. I had open violations for months they did not care or respond. City inspectors came multiple times , they lied and said it was fixed. Took 7+ months to fix issue. Awful awful management to the point I would not live here. Live in super is unresponsive Advice to landlord: Take care of your tenants. Don’t try and cut costs”
