“Pros: Best people at front desk, always responsive Cons: Gym could use updating Advice to landlord: Update gym”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Clean, friendly building staff, natural light, common spaces Cons: Appliances needed to be replaced often but building was always responsive”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: You can't beat the location. Fantastic sunset views. Everyone who works in the building is an absolute dream! Great sound insulation between the units. Cons: Cockroaches make an appearance a few times a year. The building was originally fitted with really low-quality piping, and you can see water stains from that on the ceilings of the hallways. Construction noise from directly across the street has been rough but should end in the first half of 2025.”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Location, neighbors, amenities, doorman Cons: Owners, management, quality of apartment Advice to landlord: Care more about the people living in your building”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Amazing staff, couldn’t be better Cons: Extremely pricey for what you get”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Location (4th avenue is becoming better) Cons: Cheap appliances that break all the time and aren’t fixed for weeks Elevators constantly broken Management company extremely unresponsive Too expensive for what it offers Rooftop closed for the whole summer”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: The area is nice and the doormen/porters are really nice Cons: It’s very drab, coined as a luxury building but is super dated. The management will find any excuse to charge the tenant for shoddy repairs. Many units have flooding issue that the live-in super will not address until the next day. Advice to landlord: Update the building and replace the window blinds. Seeing past tenants dirt streaks is not great.”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Great location Spacious apartments Beautiful rooftop views Cons: Terrible landlord, building management communication and responsiveness. Slow to no response to repair requests. Floor damage in both bedroom and living room, effecting the heater system, from an unknown internal problem was never fixed. Apartment put on market two weeks after we moved out, so if the floor was fixed, it’s probably only temporary. See attached photos. Advice to landlord: Management company overhaul of staff, from accounting to leasing to property manager. Extremely poor communication.”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Great location, nice amenities, and the building staff js wonderful. Cons: Management is the worst, doesn’t take care of anything or respond. Things break all the time and they aren’t helpful. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants, take care of you employees and show you actually care. We pay a lot of money to live here.”
— 363 4 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Doormen are great. Neighborhood is great. Roof area is nice and recently reopened. Cons: Management is not helpful at all. Building is poorly maintained and things are falling apart. If something is broken or you have an issue good luck getting it fixed. You can do better for a better price in Park Slope”
