“Pros: Beautiful brownstone, spacious living area Cons: Pest and water issues”

“Pros: Lots of space, plenty of light, good appliances and pretty clean. The original property management guy was good, but unfortunately they brought it in-house and that took a downward turn. Cons: It's just an old wet building given the landlord special on top. Had lots of water ingress problems and ants.”
