“Pros: friendly neighbors, quiet building, virtual doorman Cons: worst management ever. the water constantly gets shut off bc something is broken. management is EXTREMELY unresponsive even when there are safety hazards. DO NOT LIVE HERE Advice to landlord: answer emails”
