“Pros: Views are amazing. Units are large size. Parking lot in back Cons: Extremely dirty, mopped once 1-2 months. Garbage chutes filled with pests and dirty. Outside is never cleaned, garbage everywhere. Drug paraphernalia in lobby and never enforced. Strangers smoking from pipes in lobby. Feels unsafe. Families with kids do not feel safe. Packages stolen constantly. Repairs done after hours. Neighbors have no respect with noise volumes. Management rude and lacks care. New elevator replacement done, already disgusting and broke multiple times. New washers installed, not affordable for tenants and already molded and disgusting. Machines never services and dust vents never maintained (fire hazard). Old mold and chipped paint in apartments just painted over for next tenants. Mice issue. Cockroach and water bug issue. Etc etc Advice to landlord: Clean up the establishment. Make tenants feel safer by enforcing rules. Maintain cleanliness and repairs.”
