“Pros: The management company was very nice and responsive to having a super sent to fix issues. The apartment was well lit with nice floors and decent appliances. Cons: dishwasher never worked despite many attempts to fix. coachroaches. Advice to landlord: Update laundry to something other than quarters.”

“Unit 24 Pros: Location in Cobble Hill is absolutely prime. Responsive handyman. The super helped me carry boxes in. Cons: Heat was sporadic. Hot water was constantly out. Neighbors left trash in front of their doors. Building has a massive cockroach infestation.”
