“Pros: It's gorgeous on the outside and the lobby is kept clean. Cons: Although this place looks beautiful on the outside, it is damaged goods on the inside. The walls are very thin as well as the floors. Neighbors are noisy, and the board don't give a damn about you or the fact that you are a paying tenant. If you complain about someone making noise they will treat you like your the problem. Advice to landlord: Let people know what they're getting into before you take their money!”
