“Pros: It is close to the train station and there is a grocery store across the street Cons: _ The washer/dryer doesn’t work properly - Roach problem in the summer Advice to landlord: Monthly pest control in the basement will control the pest issues and also the washer and dryer is broken and needs to replaced with new ones”
