“Unit 2E Pros: Lovely location, nice sized units, management is responsive and tries! Cons: Cockroaches, mice, flies. The trash situation is not great which attracts summer pests. Also the units are slanted / not level, so I have to add cardboard under the legs of my furniture to level them out. Advice to landlord: Have no idea how to get rid of pests other than more extensive extermination (pretty sure the brick wall is housing many types of life)”
