“Pros: The building management lives in the building and is responsive quickly to any issues. They are proactive with maintenance needs and the building is well maintained for a prewar building. Neighbors are quiet and friendly too! Cons: 87th street facing side doesn’t get a ton of natural light. Rent is payed via check and can’t be done electronically.”
