“Unit 2R Pros: Well maintained, and landlord is super responsive. He even offered that if there were any upgrades we would like to make to the vanity in the bathroom, that he would cover the cost. Cons: There was a smoker in the building that definitely impacted the smell of the building. Didn't smell it too often in the unit. Walls of units on the thinner side. Advice to landlord: Area well maintained, owner responsive, no advice.”
