“Pros: Laundry in units. Quiet. Responsive management. Central air/heat. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy Cons: Heat bill is outrageous. Its all heated with electricity. Expect to pay 500-600 a month in coldest months. Advice to landlord: Open up the roof top”

“Pros: Best area in Williamsburg, close to all the restaurants and bars, and both the L and the G Cons: Very steep stairs and water can be boiling hot Advice to landlord: The stairs and laundry room could be a bit cleaner”

“Pros: I loved the location & the backyard. Cons: Never could get the heat high enough in my room in the winter to make the bathtub not freeze in the winter, a squirrel came into my room through a hole in the ceiling, and the floors were un even. Advice to landlord: Better heat, and fix the floors.”
