“Unit 2B Pros: The neighborhood is lovely and a convenient location to subway stations. Beautiful tall windows in every room let in a lot of light. Cons: Extremely outdated kitchens. Lack of electrical plugs and management refuses to put more in. There is no laundromat closer than 10 blocks away. No closets in the rooms. There isn't a radiator in every room so it gets very cold. The building intercom system has not worked for months.”
