“Pros: The original owners were very kind and always cleaned the common spaces and took care of the garbage. Great neighborhood. Cons: There was loud construction at least 1-2 times a year and little responsiveness to requests for quiet during work from home hours. Also asked for a 15% rent increase in just 1 year.”
