“Pros: Decent amenities (though always crowded) Cons: 1 elevator for 20 floors, and trash pickup is done from 7 pm to 9 pm some of the busiest hours--causes crowded elevator during that time Advice to landlord: Build a phone booth and an extra elevator”

“Pros: High ceilings. MTA proximity Cons: Constant tobacco and weed smell. Very overpriced. Noisy construction, trash trucks, subways, etc. Common spaces sometimes dirty and very busy.”

“Pros: New building with decent amenities (at an extra cost) Cons: Horrible tenants - constant weed smell from the AC unit and the window; the management won't do anything about stopping it so I decided to move within a year; some tenant also smells (not weed, just smells)”
