“Pros: Cheap to stay Cons: The Landlord Salvatore Salmone and his wife knew I was moving overseas and never paid me back my bond money when I moved out. They also processed a check 2.5 years after I gave them my first half month of rent and his wife yelled at me for their mistake. Awful sleazy management. Advice to landlord: Take them to court if they do not return your bond.”
