“Unit 4 Pros: Nice, spacious apartment with good light and a nice green space in the courtyard Cons: So much secondhand smoke. It’s obnoxious. Longtime resident on first floor smokes inside his apartment so the unit directly above (4) gets a ton of smoke. Owner won’t do anything about it. Also lots of rats in the trash area. Advice to landlord: Be more proactive with repairs and stop blaming democratic politics for every obscene rent increase.”
