“Unit 1511 Pros: • rent stabilized • amenities are top tier for the rent price, no fees • fast elevators • 10/10 location Cons: • unit taken as-is and required LOTS of repairs • lots of units meaning building manager cannot be as hands on as boutique building • slightly thinner walls, can hear neighbor gaming at night — also fire alarm low battery kept us up two nights • front desk a little unfriendly depending on the person • birch floors easily dirty and warp over time”

This was easy to ignore during the day with other background noise but felt really loud at night, making it hard to fall asleep sometimes. - saw a lot of spiders in my unit - I'm a clean person and have never had this issue at other high-rises - weird inconsistent smells coming from AC unit and bathroom”
