“Pros: So close to many subway stops! 2 minutes to ACE and the 1/2, 5 minutes to the F, 10 minutes to the L! Across the street from Whole Foods and a 9 minute walk to the Trader Joe’s. Cons: No dishwasher, but that’s not very common anyway.”
