Love the renovated pre-war -- old elevator, but the kitchen and bathroom are renovated. High ceilings, hardwood floors. Great closet space. Cons: Can't control the heat. Maintenance sometimes does a band-aid fix rather than solving the root of the issue, but the live-in super is responsive.”

A couple of the door staff are friendly and competent. Cons: I'm moving out because the internal walls are so thin, I can hear my roommate putting a spoon down on a plate in the kitchen from my bedroom. Just 1 elevator for a reasonably sized building, which they put out of service during move ins and move outs without any signage. Insufficient furniture on the roof, such as no shade / umbrellas.”

Cons: Management company is very unresponsive. Recent refurb was done very cheaply, so eg cupboard doors do not fit properly. No per-unit control over heating.”
