Landlord takes a while to respond but if you keep reaching out he eventually will. Super is a sweetheart. Cons: Located right next to a police precinct, interpret that how you want. All rooms are pretty small. Constant trouble with the intercom. Rent must be mailed out by check. No online portal. History of mice and roaches in the building but they’re good about bringing in exterminators.”

The super has not come to fix our stove or a hole in our bathroom ceiling and it has been over a month since we asked for the second time. The owner is very condescending and unhelpful. We’ve had mice and roaches this past year and they don’t seem to care at all. The building is in awful shape.
