“Pros: Renovated apartment, dishwasher, super who lived nearby. Landlord worked with me when I needed extra time to pay rent due to job loss. Cons: Mailbox was broken for months (due to vandalism). Had to pick up mail at the post office a few blocks away. Super was not very responsive to problems, including problematic neighbor. Garbage room was small and struggled with pest control.”
