“Pros: Can walk to subway. Prewar building probably looked nice half a century ago. Cons: Rats and Rat Poop EVERYWHERE. Ceilings frequently collapse. Management almost never answer phone. Advice to landlord: Answer the phone. Strive to become a good human being.”
