“Pros: Great owner, proactive when there is an issue Cons: Bare bones building; no storage options for packages, making them susceptible to being stolen Super takes time to fix problems sometimes; have to contact owner when this happens to get proper fix.”

“Pros: Great location, safe, no rats, no plumbing issues Cons: Not very well kept, the hallways were not cleaned and sometimes had a smell, the trash is not properly taken care of, came across some roaches while living there though not frequently, the super can take a while to respond back and you have to be persistent to get work done, no AC, no elevator, no laundry”

“Pros: The Apartment has great architectural features and is located near the 1 train. Management and the Superintendent were responsive to issues. Cons: There is no elevator Advice to landlord: The hallways and stairs could be renovated to make the building more appealing”
