“Pros: Great location, decently sized studio Cons: Stairwell was dirty”

“Unit 2c Pros: Nice interiors - hardwood floors, exposed brick painted white, refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Cons: Dirty hallway, rats in the trash, cockoaches in my apartment, no smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm, entrance door doesn't lock, umarked mailboxes, funny smells in entryway and flies. Advice to landlord: Better maintenance of entryway.”

“Unit 3C Pros: Fairly large studio. Hardwood floors, brick wall, decorative fireplace. Good value (although I got a covid deal). Right next to Q subway station. Cons: No amenities, no rooftop access. There was sometimes a knocking noise in the wall (like the pipes). Advice to landlord: No specific advice”

“Pros: Beautiful building. No bugs. refinished glossy wood floors. high ceilings. faux fireplace. what more can you ask for in NYC? Cons: The super isn't amazing, but ya know he does his job if you bug him about something enough. Advice to landlord: The brick walls flake a bit, there may be some water damage behind brick in living rooms”
