“Pros: good neighbors, located near lots of bakeries, eateries, coffeeshops Cons: very dirty, the landlord took 500 out of our security deposit and blamed us for the uncleanliness he failed to upkeep in his building. The kind of dirty you can't deep clean away. Stuff that comes with age and poor management. TRUE railroad-style apartment. You can't get to one room without going through another. Advice to landlord: would honestly be best as a 1 bedroom”
