“Pros: Nothing at all it's mainly a building that take people from shelters. Cons: Poor maintenance services..never see the landlord...roach and rat infested...apartments are in bad shape...black mold present in multiple units...half ass repairs.. Advice to landlord: Learn to communicate with your tenants”
