“Pros: No pros unless your a roach or rat looking for an apartment. Cons: Life threatening, poor maintenance, landlord lacks professionalism, he pays a homeless man by the name of “Pechi” with beer to clean his building. Rats are out growing household pets and becoming very dangerous. And soooo much more . Advice to landlord: Sale the building to someone who can afford to get it together.”
