A landlord who neglects, neighbors who believe they own the building harass tenants (new and old), no repair person or super, a pushy and rude landlord who doesn’t respect your privacy or space. Advice to landlord: Sell your building. Stop allowing the bullshit that has been happening there to continue. Also change tour attitude lady”
