“Pros: It’s newly renovated Good location Cons: Walls are thin Building is unfinished there’s been months of construction on the first floor that’s still not done and it smells like chemicals non stop It’s super dusty probably from construction Advice to landlord: Don’t mislead tenants if you’re gonna keep doing renovations and still have people living in the units”
