“Pros: Neighbors are quiet Cons: The building is not well kept inside. Pest control is lacking. The apartments are visually nice but everything is actually broken and cheap. Maintenance will come to “fix” something but will half ass it & end up leaving it worse. Advice to landlord: Take care of the building as if people live in it”
