“Unit 4F Pros: The location is great, super is very responsive, and apartment itself is safe. Cons: I don't like the stairs, they are slanted and can make it difficult to walk and the doorway is very unclean sometimes.”

“Pros: Good location. Clean Cons: No central air, leaky ceiling when it rains”
