“Unit 2E Pros: Not that much Cons: Not a safe area! Lived here for 1 year and 2 people were shot on the street right across from my building as well as a plethora of crackheads roaming this street. Heat gets turned off randomly in winter during the daytime without any prior warning. Building has a lack of security, people vandalized the interior this year with fire extinguisher. Also a criminal entered and the police had to chase them through the stairwell. Advice to landlord: Take care of your building instead of leaving people to live in these conditions”
