“Unit 4 Pros: Great with maintenance, units are clean. Friendly environment with a lot of younger tenants. Cons: Pest control... bedbug history and cockroaches on lower levels. Advice to landlord: Better pest control”

“Pros: Interior is very nice, awesome location of building and generally pest free. Cons: Management does not want to help you with your issue. I reported an issue wrong with my apartment and was told that if it bothered me I probably should not renew my lease.”

“Pros: Great location and overall good condition apartments Cons: - Management is greedy and WILL raise your rent an egregious amount - When we moved in, they did not hire cleaners at all and it was filthy inside - They took away some of our security deposit back for not "cleaning" but the apartment was in good condition - Payment has to be done in person by check Advice to landlord: Stop being so money hungry and invest in good tenants”

“Unit No Pros: Location was nice (prime east village) Cons: The apartment had mice and roaches. Garbage attracted more rats. Super was not live-in even though it was advertised he would be. We had a water leak for 9 months out of the 12 that we lived there.”
