“Unit 2FE Pros: Building is cute Central air Security cameras were functional Cons: Building is covered in scaffolding Bugs behind washer dryer Resident package thief and even though securities camera worked the landlord was unhelpful. Advice to landlord: Fire Josh, he doesn’t respond and it’s obvious other people do his job for him.”

“Pros: -central air -updated kitchen & bathroom appliances -Very nice and helpful super -bedrooms have (tiny) closets Cons: -A/C doesn’t always work in summer -Building management is not communicative, it takes threats/withholding rent to get repairs done -Package theft is common -Frequent sirens due to nearby heath centers”

“Pros: Laundry in unit is great, finishes and appliances all new. Cons: Unresponsive management. Issue with resident in building stealing packages and management does nothing to mitigate. Cannot even get into touch with management. Advice to landlord: Do better.”
