“Pros: The staff is really nice and the building is always clean. Cons: The owners are unresponsive. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them and once you do there is a lot of miscommunication. Also the elevator breaks almost every other week. There is also only one laundry room for 10 floors with only two washing machines. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and add more amenities. These apartments are too expensive (especially for this area) for residents to not have access to management 25/7.”
