“Pros: Great location, small number of tenants Cons: Super doesn’t live nearby so cleanliness could be an issue. No CCTV Advice to landlord: Cleaning the common areas often so that to maintain the building clean. Some dead bugs could be seen on hallways in the summer. Installing a cctv would be good.”
