“Pros: Neighbors are fairly quiet Cons: Outdated building, needs a lot of work done. Possible rodent problem, security issues. Advice to landlord: Property owner does not care about tenant’s living conditions. Multiple attempts to get a response or to get reimbursed for repairs made at my expense are ignored.”

“Pros: Well heated in the winter. Cons: I don’t like how everything falls apart in the apartment quickly and how dirty the windows are from the outside. I also don’t like that the basement is dirty from all the garbage. It used to be much cleaner. Advice to landlord: Start painting the entrance and inside of the building and get normal benches. Also, please make sure the garbage is cleaned from the basement to prevent more bugs from coming in!!!!”
