“Pros: Location - 2 blocks away from the F/G, walking distance from the Brooklyn piers and Dumbo, quiet neighborhood Cons: Building management is nonresponsive and changes every 5-8 months; consistent issue with heat. In the past year, multiple issues regarding mice and rats, partly due to mismanagement of trash. Issues with leaking radiators. Multiple building / city code violations.”

“Pros: Location Price Washer/dryer Cons: Pests Musty smell Management does not respond or communicate when a change is being made. To rekey the door without properly informing residents and ensuring they have keys is unacceptable.”
