“Pros: The building staff is so incredibly responsive, water pressure is unparalleled, neighbors are quiet and seem to be long term, laundry in building, and amazing amount of space. Cons: Really just the location not being super convenient for me. Otherwise this is a perfect place.”

“Pros: Classic, herringbone floors, all residents have lived here for 10, 20, 50 years. Radiator heating so it is extremely efficient. Doormen are fantastic. Management replies within minutes. Extremely clean. Cons: No parking near by. All for diplomats only. Radiator heating (pro and con!). Not handicap accessible. Advice to landlord: Make the lobby handicap accessible”
