“Pros: -Shared backyard that tenants take good care of. -Very quiet block -Laundry in the basement -Newer appliances -1 minor pest issue in two years, taken care of immediately. Cons: -Owner and property manager don't have clearly defined roles so they send tenants to each other. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. -Appliances are stainless, but relatively cheap. If they break, the owner does replace them quickly. Advice to landlord: Let him know about issues sooner rather than later. Text property manager first for small things, but the owner doesn't mind taking calls if the property manager doesn't respond.”
