“Pros: The building was pretty good, if maybe a little expensive. Management is responsive and the building is well cared for. Cons: The walk to the train got old quickly, and the N/W made me late to work 2 or 3 times a week. Be ready to factor taxis home into your budget. The grocery store options nearby are extremely expensive. It felt like having all the drawbacks of living in the suburbs but none of the benefits. Advice to landlord: Good luck”
