“Unit 2C Pros: Love the laundry room, double door security system, amazing super on site. Cons: The building is dealing with a mice issue that has been persistent. Some of the people in the building are very nice, but I've dealt with several strange occasions, like one woman verbally accosting me and getting physically in my space for being 10 minutes late to pick up laundry and another asking me personal questions about the dog I was with and what apartment I'm in.”

“Pros: This building was well kept. Usually quiet. Laundry room was always open and cleaned. Recycling program was easy. We never had any issues with noise or our neighbors. I was honestly sad to move out of the apartment. Cons: Had packages stolen on 2 occasions, but coop helped respond to the problem. Pipes were leaking in our unit which required maintenance several times. Coop had a lot of strict rules and fees. Advice to landlord: Update plumbing in building”
