“Unit 4A Pros: Comfortable space, very reasonable landlord, responsive super Cons: Apartments not kept in pristine condition, warped floors and other small nuisances, but this keeps the price down”

“Pros: Have never had an issue living in this building. Management is always on top of things. Cons: The heat stays on longer and at a higher temperature than necessary. individual units are not able to control heat from within apartment unfortunately Advice to landlord: Thermostats in units.”
