“Pros: Building is nice and well kept Cons: outside trash area and super”

“Pros: Modern appliances, good location. Exterminator comes once a month. Cons: Super is unresponsive - several of my appliances have been broken since first moving in and one year later, they are still broken. Bad intercom system - packages get stolen. Advice to landlord: Be more on top of these issues!!!”
