Advice to landlord: stop being a landlord”

The super is nice but management is terrible. To get one thing fixed takes weeks, they like to do things on their time and dime. Will find the cheapest option to fix things. They do not care about you. Advice to landlord: Find better people in management. They treat tenants very poorly.”
