“Pros: The building itself is an old building but kept clean. The neighbors are nice and overall a safe environment. There is a code to the building so it’s a secure building. Cons: The stairs in the building squeaked a lot and it’s a 4 floor building no elevators. There is some form of a mouse infestation. Never had a pest control person come by for the issue. We had to just deal with it ourselves with mouse traps and things like that Advice to landlord: Be proactive with pest control and try to figure out the squeaky stairs.”
