“Pros: Washer drier in unit Cons: It’s a walk up”

“Pros: Nice four floor, eight-unit building. Most apartments seem to be recently renovated with new appliances. Pretty responsive super, no problems with management. Cons: Not a ton of natural light, some bedrooms can be very small. Advice to landlord: Hallway was sometimes smelly! Besides that great place.”
