“Pros: Maintenance team amazing. Things happen no matter where you live own or rent. Chris and his team very responsive and works hard to resolve. Cons: Windows a little drafty in winter.”

“Unit 2F Pros: Location, amenities, fixtures Cons: HVAC system is horrible. In the summer A/C unit is not strong enough to cool a 1 bedroom apartment. Had to use temporary A/C units. Now in winter heating has been out twice. Once for 3 weeks in december and currently, with no expected fix date. Advice to landlord: DO NOT RENT here if you want livable temperatures. Management is not resposive in these cases. Only open ended vague emails promising fixes.”
