Strange people hanging out in stairwell, always pee and poo in stairwell. basement , Garage and laundry room. Intercoms have been damaged for years. Front door is always broken, vestibule as well. Super doesn’t care about building, He MUST BE Fired ASAP. Repairs in apts never get done. Advice to landlord: Get a better superintendent / hired people to clean building daily.
